2. Data we collect

When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, and any project details (e.g. town, area, message).

3. Purpose of use

The data is used to respond to your request and prepare a quote. We do not use the data for direct marketing without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)): you contact us to request a quote, and we need the information you provide in order to respond. Separate consent is therefore not requested on the form.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to manage the customer relationship and meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting), after which it is deleted. If a quote request does not lead to an assignment, the data is deleted no later than 12 months after the enquiry.

6. Data sharing and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use technical service providers who process data on our behalf: site hosting (Cloudflare) and the storage and delivery of enquiries. Data is processed in accordance with EU data protection law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
